  • 12:08 這刻心情有點百感交雜/亂

    - 行左咁多年山
    - 都真係唔知有咩行山裝備係必需
    - 不過又唔怪得我
    - 我無試過行咁長時間
    - 又冇試過咁凍行咁長時間
    - (試過一次好凍行山,8度不過有太陽,0係清遠行左兩個鐘山)

    - 唔認得路我覺得好正常
    - 我又唔係住新界九龍
    - 好多段我都係第一次行
    - 雖然我鐘意係咪都問左先
    - 但都唔怪得我
    - 我係認路差同唔記得路
    - 俾D時間我我會慢慢去記

    - 我現時體重39kg (係唔夠重去捐血架)
    - 唔知行完會唔會再輕D呢?
    - 我已經俾某幾個frd 話我瘦左 (不過靚左)
    - 我都覺自己瘦左一圈
    - 最近又真係無咩胃口食好少野

    - 毅行真係多得媽咪鼎力相助
    - 0爹0的媽咪一人捐左$200贊助我
    - 又幫我搵D工具裝備
    - 佢出左好多力呀
    - 多謝叻叻靚靚既媽咪

    - Placement 是鍛練你就算做野做到夜一夜 好遲先訓

  • 想回復健康紅潤的肌膚,你必須成功通過以下六大方案:
  • 第一步:早上喝暖水
  • 雖然這是老生常談的生活習慣之一,但大家忽略這重要的事情啊!尤其是有便秘問題的人,更應該養成每天早上第一件事先慢慢喝一至兩杯溫水的好習慣,起來後讓身體暖起來,有助促進腸胃活動,或者早上喝一杯乳酪或蔬果汁,這些都對解決便秘問題很有幫助。
  • 第二步:晚上九點後吃完晚餐
  • 建議女士們想保持健美身材,除了要戒掉吃宵夜的習慣之外,也最好在晚上九點前吃完晚餐,避免體內酸酸指數過高,同時幫助身體在睡眠前有足夠時間消化食物。
  • 第三步:運動排熱氣
  • 從中醫的角度看,很多長暗瘡的人因為體內積存過多的濕熱,形成體液內很多老化廢物,因此,建議女士們想保持皮膚紅潤光滑,最有效的方法是通過運動排汗,促進血液循環的同時,更重要的是能夠減少體內熱氣,那麼皮膚發炎的機率也會大大降低。
  • 第四步:泡浴改善氣色
  • 在天氣漸冷的日子裡,請在保養肌膚之前先讓身體暖起來,如此有助皮膚吸收美容品的成效更事半功倍!泡浴時,水溫應調校至高於體溫一點便可以了,大約38至40度之間,泡浴時間約為15分鐘就夠了,通過泡熱水浴,不但有助舒緩壓力,還能放鬆日間造成的肌肉緊張問題啊!不過,泡浴後,請在身體未完全乾透時馬上塗抹乳液,有助即時滋養容易變得乾燥繃緊的皮膚。
  • 第五步:面部按摩活化肌膚
  • 冬日裡,皮膚容易變得乾燥欠缺血色,建議大家泡浴後不妨進行五分鐘的面部按摩來活化肌膚細胞。按摩時先塗上足夠的面部專用按摩霜,並根據以下步驟進行全臉按摩:
  • 步驟1 以大拇指壓住眼尾,並以食指輕力按壓在眉骨凹陷處;
  • 步驟2 雙手捧住臉頰,大拇指按壓在耳後凹陷處的淋巴位置,有助排走體內毒素;
  • 步驟3 在嘴角和唇部四周均有大量淋巴,以輕力按壓的方式按摩,對活化肌膚很有幫助。
  • 第六步:保持愉快心情
  • 其實,無論皮膚問題也好,身體疾病也好,所有毛病都來自欠佳的心情,大家要明白,雖然我們無法即時解決或改變現實生活中的各種問題,但不少醫生都表示,人類的最大敵人是每天抱著壞心情去過日子,其實,凡事看開一點,盡量放鬆自己,學習以樂觀積極的態度和懷著感恩的心度過每一天,你會發現不光自己變得年輕漂亮了,事情也會變得順利,世界也會變得很美!

    1. Every Saturday - Tuen Mun - Primary Interest Group
      go out at 7am, hopefully arrive at 8:30am;
      start group from 9am to 10:30am,
      another group at 10:45am to 12:15pm.
      Go home, hopefuly arrived at 2:15pm

      7.5 hours $250X2 = AVERAGE $66.67/hour
      7/11 to 19/12, totally 7 sessions
    2. Oxfam Trailwalker 2009 (Please Support me!!)

      Will be held on 20 - 22 Nov 2009, start at 12:30pm
      Our team is 2330 (貳仨仨零), aim at 35 hours

      My bf said he cannot come to support me.
    3. Fiedwork Placement at IFSC/SWD,  
      (concurrent: 4 sessions each week)
      Focus on family emotional counseling services and housing assistance.
      Week 7 ends today... over 27 weeks

      Currently working on a 8-session Group Proprosal and 2 brief counseling cases.

    4. Final year, 2 core and 1 elective subjects
      They are Integrated Seminar, Social Work Theory and Practice 2 and Mental Health and Social Work respectively.

      1 Presentation, 1 Quiz and 1 Reflective Journal were done.
      1 Coming presentation, 1 Reflective journal and 1 quiz are awaiting for me.

    5. Private Tutorial $80 - $90/hour
      1.5 hours per session, near my home
      ytd, tmr and Monday, totally 3 days
